CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />IMPROVEMENT PROTECT 86 -7 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CONDEMNATION <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the public interest to <br />acquire certain easements on real property to construct Little <br />Canada Improvement Project No. 86 -7, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is impossible to acquire said property by <br />purchase, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted to the City of <br />Little Canada to acquire private property for public purposes <br />when necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Little Canada City <br />Council that the City Attorney is authorized to commence and take <br />the necessary steps to acquire the temporary easements for <br />construction of Little Canada Improvement Project 86 -7 for the <br />City of Little Canada by eminent domain. <br />PASSED by the Little Canada City Council this day of <br />, 1987. <br />Michael I.
