287 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 209.090(G) AND <br />ADDING SECTION 209.090(11) TO CHAPTER 209, <br />RELATING TO CITY PERSONNEL, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 209.090(G) of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />209.090 (G). For exempt employees, compensatory time shall <br />accrue and be used on a calendar year basis. Any compensatory <br />time not used by an exempt employee during a calendar year shall <br />be forfeited. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 209.090(H) is hereby added to the Municipal Code of <br />the City of Little Canada to read as follows: <br />Section 209.090(H). For non - exempt employees, compensatory <br />time may be banked to a maximum hours of forty (40) hours. All <br />of the compensatory time shall be paid in cash. <br />Section 3. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />, 1987. <br />Michael I.
