Bergeron <br />From: Lt. Kennicutt <br />Date: 7/9/87 <br />Subject: Barbecue - Dick & Mary's Bar <br />I talked to the manager of Dick & Mary's Bar, Mike Miessner. Mike <br />said the barbecue, beer, pull tabs, and tipboard sales will be between <br />the two garages. He said he will supply us with written permission <br />from the management of the Vadnais Bar and the New Brighton Bank to use <br />their lots for parking. <br />They do not expect more than 75 people to be there at one time, he <br />said it should be mostly local people. He was cautioned about leaving <br />access for emergency vehicles and he said they would comply. There <br />will be access to the sales area from both Dick & Mary's and the <br />Vadnais parking lots.
