VEILLEUX. <br /><operty <br />Division <br />Cont <br />Mr. De Bace introduced the foliowina resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br />WHEREAS: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76 -5 -'30 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DIVISION OF <br />LOTS 33 and 34 - BLOCK -3- GERVAIS HEIGHTS <br />ADDITION. <br />Mr. David Wright, has appeared before the Council <br />requesting approval of a division of, Lots 33 and 34- <br />Block 3- Gervais Heights Addition, And <br />WHEREAS: The proposed property division was indicated <br />on a drawing marked clerk's exhibit no. 414. And, <br />WHEREAS: <br />Pursuant to the City Thoroughfare Plan <br />the drawing marked clerk's exhibit r:o. 414 indicates <br />a proposed dedication of a 30 ft strip for a future Rd. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA. <br />That the division of,lots 33 and 34 of Block - <br />3- Gervais Heights Additions, as indicated on <br />clerk's exhibit no. 414 is hereby approved <br />provided that a provision is made for the <br />dedication of a future street pursuant to the <br />City Thoroughfare Plan. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />The following voted infavor thereof. <br />Messrs: De Bace, Hanson,Veiileux,Jespersen and Valento. <br />Against the same, none.
