IO <br />Nine Special Nesting <br />City Council <br />April 23, 1975 <br />Cont, <br />Johns On <br />Property <br />Division <br />(288- 302) <br />The city recieved a letter from, Mrs. Philip Johnson, <br />of 2995, Vnnderbie requesting approval of a property division. <br />The following docuoments were presented: <br />1, Lotter from Mrs. Jehnaon,requesting division approval, <br />marked clerk's exhibit no. 78. <br />2. A drawing of the proposed property division, marked <br />clerk's exhibit no. 79. <br />3. Ilia engineers proposal of the division, marked clerk's <br />exhibit no. 80 <br />3. Site plan of the property as indicated on the section map <br />and road thorough -fare plan, marked clerk's exhibit no.81. <br />The proposed property division as indicated on <br />clerk's exhibit no. 79, appears to conflict with the City <br />thorough -fare plan. <br />The engineer made a proposal, marked clerk's exhibit <br />a 3o. 80, whereby the property could be divided and conform to <br />the thorough -fare plan. <br />Mr. Henson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77 <br />DATE: APRIL 23, 1975 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />THE DIVISION OF PARCEL <br />53- 30000 - 010 -03 <br />WHEREAS: Mrs. Philp Johnson, requested approval of the division <br />of her property, identified as parcel, 53- 3000 - 010 -03 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA. <br />That the division of parcel 53 -3000- 010 -03 is hereby <br />approved provided that, 30 ft is allowed for the future <br />street and 10,000 sq. ft. allowed for the lot. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. De Bace. <br />The following voted infavor thereof, <br />Messrs: De Bace, Hanson, Veilleux,Jesperson and Valento. <br />Against the same, none, resolution adopted, <br />Page 69 <br />
