I am of the opinion that the improvement of Demont Ave. <br />to 30 ft. street, concrete curbs, storm drainage will enhance the value <br />of each apartment not less than the $99,64 assessment for the improvement, <br />I am also familiar with the property known as 2495 Canabury Drive and am <br />of the opinion that a newly constructed street with concrete curbs, <br />gutters, and new surfacing at wider width will enhance the values of each <br />condominium at least the amount of $187.44 per unit. <br />I am also familiar with the town houses commonly known as Canabury Court <br />Town Homes at 100 to 162 Canabury Court, I am of the opinion that the <br />assessment of $194.97 per unit is less than the increase in value of each <br />unit. <br />Sincerely ours, <br />Douglas E.
