I have enclosed a Copy of the Notice of Pending Public
Improvement which was forwarded to my client.
Please be advised that on behalf of the Church of St. John's of
Little Canada, I am opposing this assessment on the basis that
the property in question has not been benefited nor will it be
benefited in the future from that particular improvement.
Additionally, we believe the assessment to be too high vs. the
benefit that may ultimately be received.
I would appreciate your sending me copies of the affirmed
assessment to the undersigned at the above address. If you would
like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Very truly yours,
James E.
