STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />In Re <br />Objection to Adoption of <br />Assessment by the City of <br />Little Canada <br />St. John's of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, a Minnesota <br />Corporation, <br />Appellant, <br />vs. <br />City of Little Canada, <br />Appellee. <br />SEP 22 1987 <br />CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />DISTRICT COURT <br />SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br />APPEAL FROM ASSESSMENT <br />TO: The City of Little Canada and Joseph G. Chlebeck, Clerk of the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />Appellant, for its objection to the adoption of the assessment roll of the City of <br />Little Canada, states as follows: <br />1. That at all times herein material it is a person aggrieved within the meaning <br />of Minn. Stat. §429. <br />2. That Appellant was served notice of a pending public improvement named <br />STR -86 -4 and known as Improvement No. 5664 a /k /a Savage Lane Street <br />Improvement /Street -Curb and Gutter. <br />3. That Appellant is the owner of property which was affected by this assessment <br />and which is identified in attached Exhibit A. That at a hearing held in the City of <br />Little Canada on August 26, 1987, the proposed assessment was adopted. <br />4. That Appellant timely served notice upon the Clerk for the City of Little <br />Canada objecting to the assessment. See Exhibit B. <br />Page 19 <br />
