ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 902, 903, 907, 911, 912 and 913 OF THE LITTLE <br />CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 902.010.A.23 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />902.010.A.23 Commercial Recreation. Bowling alley, golf, pool hall, <br />skating, indoor theaters, indoor firearms or archery <br />range, bingo, and amusement centers. <br />SECTION 2 <br />Section 903.020.0 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />903.020.D.2. Except for farm buildings, no accessory buildings, structures, <br />uses, and equipment shall be erected or located within any <br />required yard other than a rear yard. <br />903.020.D.8. No accessory uses or equipment which generate noise such <br />as air conditioning units or condensors, swimming pools, and <br />the like shall be located in a side yard of a residential <br />use or a use abutting a residential district. <br />SECTION 3 <br />Section 903.020.F.7.a. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />903.020.F.7.a. <br />(4) Subject to other restrictions within this section, fences may be <br />constructed to a height of six and one -half (61/2) feet on or along <br />the side yard property lot line from the rear lot line to a point <br />equalling the front building line of the principal building. <br />(6) All boundary line fences in residential districts shall be con- <br />structed in such a manner not to obstruct or divert natural storm <br />water drainage flow. <br />Page 19 <br />
