903.020.G.7. No trees or plantings other than sod shall be placed in the public right -of -way, except by the governing jurisdiction. 903.020.0.8. In all zoning districts, all yards not surfaced for driveway or parking shall be seeded or sodded prior to the issuance of a building permit or a financial security as determined by the City Building Official shall be posted with the City to assure completion of such work. SECTION 6 Section 903.030.C.2. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: 903.030.C.2. Terraces, steps, uncovered porches, stoops or similar features, provided they do not extend above the height of the ground floor level of the principal structure or to a distance less than five (5) feet from a side yard lot line. Within a required front yard, stoops, windows, energy conserving attached vestibules not exceeding forty (40) square feet, may encroach no more than five (5) feet. SECTION 7 Section 903.050.D.8.k. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: 903.050.D.8.k. Surfacing. All areas intended to be utilized for parking space and driveways shall be surfaced with materilas suitable to control dust and drainage. Except for single family detached and two - family dwellings, the required surfacing shall be either concrete or bituminous material. Plans for surfacing and drainage of driveways and stalls for five (5) or more vehicles shall be sub- mitted to the City Engineer for this review and the final drainage plan shall be subject to his written approval. SECTION 8 Section 903.050.F.6. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: 903.050.F.6 In the case of single family, two - family townhouse and quadraminium dwellings, parking shall be prohibited in any portion of the front yard, except designated driveways leading directly into a garage or one (1) open, surfaced space located on the side of a driveway, away from the principal use.
