SECTION 9 <br />Section 903.050.H. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended by deleting Section 903.050.H.13. <br />SECTION 10 <br />Section 903.050.H.17 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />903.050.H.17. <br />Retail stores and service establishments. At least eight (8) <br />spaces or one (1) off - street parking space for each two hundred <br />(200) square feet of floor area, whichever calculation is greater. <br />SECTION 11 <br />Section 903.060.F. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />903.060.F. <br />Size. All required loading berths shall be no less than seventy (70) <br />feet in length, ten (10) feet in width, and fourteen (14) feet in <br />height, exclusive of aisle and maneuvering space. <br />SECTION 12 <br />Section 903.060 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended by adding Section 903.060.I. <br />903.060.1. <br />Exceptions. Upon the presentation to the City Council of adequate <br />justification, the number and /or length of developed loading berths <br />may be reduced, however, adequate area must in all cases be reserved <br />to comply with the minimum requirements. The City reserves the right <br />to require full compliance on demand. <br />SECTION 13 <br />Section 903.110.C. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended by deleting Section 903.110.C.7. <br />SECTION 14 <br />Section 903.110.E.5b. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />903.110.E.5.b. <br />Conditional Uses. In the case of a shopping center or where there <br />are two (2) or more business uses located within one structure or <br />on one property, the approval of a conditional use permit shall be <br />Page 22 <br />
