When the platform is at <br />the lower landing, the ramp folds down <br />automatically for easy entry and exit. <br />• Platform Sensors: The platform is <br />equipped with an underpanel and sen- <br />sors that stop downward movement <br />should an obstruction be encountered. <br />• Limit Switches: In the event of a failure <br />of a control limit switch, a final limit <br />switch activates to cut off all power to <br />the lift. <br />• Switch: The control paddle switch is <br />mounted on the face of the machine <br />housing within easy reach. It is actuated <br />with the hand, arm or elbow. A key con- <br />trol limits operation to authorized per- <br />sons.
