IR 035E -4 (189) <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, held on <br />the day of , 1987, the following Resolution was offered by <br />; seconded by <br />to wit: <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: <br />plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. <br />390, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35E, within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Little Canada, located on Little Canada Road from 654 feet west to 1206 feet east of <br />T.H. 35E; and seeks the approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement <br />of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are <br />approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to <br />any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all <br />vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on <br />said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least <br />20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. <br />Upon the call of the roll, the following council members voted in favor of the <br />Resolution: <br />and, the following council members voted against the adoption of the Resolution: <br />whereupon the mayor and /or the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted. <br />Dated: , 1987. <br />Attest <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ) <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />I do hereby certify that at said meeting (of which due and legal notice was given) <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, on the day of <br />, 1987; at which a majority of the members of said Council <br />were present, the foregoing Resolution was adopted. <br />Given under my hand and seal this day of , 1987. <br />84000417820 <br />Page 14 <br />City Clerk <br />
