SECTION 4 <br />Section 903.020.F.7.b. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is• hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />903.020.F.7.b. <br />(2) Within a rear yard, at a point five (5) feet beyond any property <br />line, a solid fence up to six and one -half (62) feet in height may <br />be erected as a total enclosure. Said enclosure may encompass the <br />entire rear yard, plus extend to the front building line of the <br />principal building, shall have adequate means of emergency access, <br />and shall conform to other specialized requirements of the Little <br />Canada City Code as may be amended. <br />SECTION 5 <br />Section 903.020.G of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />903.020.G.3. <br />The screening required herein shall consist of a solid fence or <br />wall constructed from masonry, brick, wood and /or steel. A chain <br />link fence with slats does not consitute an acceptable screen or <br />qualify as a solid fence. Such fence or wall shall not exceed eight <br />(8) feet in height or be less than six (6) feet in height. Screening <br />shall not extend within fifteen (15) feet of any street and shall be <br />placed along the property line or in the case of screening along a <br />street, fifteen (15) feet from the street with landscaping (trees, <br />shrubs, grass, and other planting) between the screening and the <br />boulevard. <br />903.020.G.4.b <br />Planting materials (at the time of planting): <br />Shade Trees <br />Half Trees (Flowering Crab, Russian Olive, <br />Hawthorn, etc.) <br />Tall Shrubs and Hedge Material <br />(Evergreen or Deciduous) <br />Low Shrubs (Evergreen or Deciduous) <br />Potted /Bare Root* or <br />Balled & Burlapped <br />2 in. dia. <br />12 in. dia. <br />3 -4 ft. <br />18 -24 in. <br />*Mode is dependent upon time of planting season, availability, and <br />site conditions (includes both natural (soils, climate, groundwater, <br />etc.) and man -made (irrigation, grading, etc.) influences). <br />Page 32 <br />
