903.020.G.7. <br />No trees or plantings other than sod shall be placed in the <br />public right -of -way, except by the governing jurisdiction. <br />903.020.G.8. <br />In all zoning districts, all yards not surfaced for driveway <br />or parking shall be seeded or sodded prior to the issuance of <br />an occupancy permit or a financial security as determined by the <br />City Building Official shall be posted with the City to assure <br />completion of such work. <br />SECTION 6 <br />Section 903.030.0.2. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />903.030.0.2. <br />Terraces, steps, uncovered porches, stoops, or similar features, <br />provided they do not extend above the height of the ground floor <br />level of the principal structure or to a distance more than five <br />(5) feet into a required front or side yard. Within a required <br />front yard, stoops, windows, energy conserving attached vestibules <br />not exceeding forty (40) square feet, may encroach no more than <br />five (5) feet. <br />SECTION 7 <br />Section 903.050.D.8.k. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />903.050.D.8.k. <br />Surfacing. All areas intended to be utilized for parking space <br />and driveways shall be surfaced with materials suitable to control <br />dust and drainage. The required surfacing shall be either concrete <br />or bituminous paving, except in the case of single family detached <br />and two family dwellings. Plans for surfacing and drainage of <br />driveways and stalls for five (5) or more vehicles shall be sub- <br />mitted to the City Engineer for this review and the final drainage <br />plan shall be subject to his written approval. <br />SECTION 8 <br />Section 903.050.F.6. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />903.050.F.6. <br />In the case of single family, two - family townhouse and quadraminium <br />dwellings, parking shall be prohibited in any portion of the front <br />yard, except designated driveways leading directly into a garage or <br />one (1) open, surfaced space located on the side of a driveway, <br />away from the principal use. <br />Page 33 <br />
