Minutes Lot Split Kaiser - schorn Custom Homes Rezoning & Variance Greg Van Guilder MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA December 10, 1987 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of December, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman Bill Davison Art Herkenhoff (arrived 8 P.M.) Tom Perlinger Peggy Schweizer Gene DeLonais MEMBERS ABSENT: Sharon Timmons ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary Mr. DeLonais recommended that the Commission meeting be approved as Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. Motion carried 5 - 0. minutes of the October 8, 1987 submitted. Mr. Bill Schorn, representing Kaiserschorn Custom Homes, appeared before the Commission requesting the division of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 48, Block 10, North Heights Addition into two lots. Schorn pointed out that these are currently 25 foot lots. The City Planner reported that the property division met City Code requirements. Mr. DeLonais recommended that for division of Lots 1, 2, 3, Addition be approved based on 1987. the Kaiserschorn Custom Homes request 4, 5 and 48, Block 10, North Heights the Planner's report dated December 7, Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. Motion carried 5 - 0. Mr. Greg VanGuilder appeared before the Commission requesting the rezoning of the parcel located at 206 Little Canada Road from B -3 to RB. Van Guilder is also requesting a variance for commercial lot size. Van Guilder reported that he would like to purchase the property, Page 1
