Little Canada Planning Commissions <br />.October 5, 1987 <br />Page Two <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the above review, our office recommends approval of the combination and <br />resubdivision of Tots-21 =23 and lots 24 -29. Our office also recommends approval of a <br />variance to allow the applicant to build a single family home following the normal <br />R -1 lot requirements contingent upon the following. <br />1. The applicant submit a site plan showing the proposed location of the <br />house with utility easements along all property lines and showing the grading <br />and drainage. <br />2. The subdivision is subject to the review of the City Attorney, City En- <br />gineer, City Building Inspector and City Staff. <br />3.
