MINUTES NATIONAL POLICE WEEK PROCLA- MATION ON -SALE LIQUOR AND ON -SALE WINE LICENSE FEES MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MAY 8, 2013 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 8th day of May, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Public Works Supt. Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Bill Blesener Ms. Shelly Boss Mr. John Keis Mr. Mike McGraw Mr. Rick Montour Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Bill Dircks Mr. Kevin I-Ielander Ms. Kathy Glanzer McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -5 -75 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 24, 2013 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE APRIL 24, 2013 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. Mayor Blesener proclaimed the week of May 12 through 18, 2013 as Police Week in the City of Little Canada. He also reported that the public is invited to attend the 2" Annual Suburban Ramsey County Law Enforcement Memorial Day Ceremony on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at commencing at Noon at the Roseville Oval at 2662 Civic Center Drive. Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an increase in On -Sale Liquor License Fee and On -Sale Wine License fee. The City Clerk reported that for the past seven years, the City has tied liquor license fee increases to the increase in the gross levy. The 2013 gross levy increase is 1.97 %, and staff is recommending that the On -Sale
