MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />Planning Colmuission -City of Little Canada <br />August 6, 1981 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada <br />was held on the 6th day of August, 1981 at 7:40 p.m. at 515 Little Canada <br />Rd. in said city. <br />The following members were present: Gene DeLonais, James Steele, Roy French <br />Myers Frattalone, Sharon Timmons. <br />Also present: Ann Brohen,Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc. <br />Roy French made a motion to approve the July 1, 1981 minutes. <br />2nd by Myers Frattalone. <br />Approved: 5 -0 <br />HARRY RONDEAU <br />PROPERTY DIVISION <br />PATRICK <br />PROPERTY <br />Tomaszewski appearing. <br />Roy French made a motion to approve property division. <br />2nd by Myers Frattaone <br />Approved 5 -0 <br />Appearing: Mr. Waite.(parcel 53- 00400 - 210 -38) <br />Roy French made a motion to accept the property division. <br />2nd by James Steele <br />Approved 5 -0 <br />SPROSTY PROPOSED Mr. Paul Sprosty appearing. See attached Ietter from Ramsey/ <br />SUB - DIVISION Washington Metro Watershed District dated 8 -6 -81. <br />Roy French made a motion to accept Exhibit c subject to <br />Planners recommendation and City Engineers approval. <br />2nd by Jim Steele. <br />Approved 5 -0 <br />STENGER PROPERTY There was one present to discuss this matter. Planning <br />DIVISION Colluuission tabled the matter. <br />VINCENT BRASS <br />EXPANSION <br />George Dougherty and Norman Smith appeared. <br />Vincent Brass wants to expand their warehouse. They are <br />requiring 2 variances: Loading variance & setback variance. <br />Ann Brohen stated that the Planners do not see any problem <br />with # of parking spaces. <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council approve re -sub- <br />division as requested by Vincent Brass made by Sharon <br />Timmons. <br />2nd by Myers Frattalone. <br />Approved 5 -0 <br />Ann Brohen state that the Planners would recoumnend that if <br />the setback variance were granted, that maybe the building <br />should be cut back on the west side. Mr. Smith stated that <br />if the building were cut on the west, they could not operate <br />the overhead cranes as planned. <br />
