Also sent <br />to the Commission and Council were copies of the minutes for the <br />meetings at which the drive -thru facility was approved (these are <br />attached for your reference). Also for your reference, I have <br />enclosed a copy of our staff report which addresses this problem. <br />Your concern regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
