MINUTES <br />.City Council <br />June 11, 1980 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 129. <br />Lee The City Clerk informed the Council that the Lee property division has <br />Property been referred to the City Planner and no Council action is required at <br />Division this time. <br />Frattalone <br />Agricultural <br />Building <br />McDonald's <br />Drive -In <br />Addition <br />Mr. Dave Frattalone is proposing to build an agricultural building. <br />As Mr. Frattalone's main occupation is farming and the farm is over <br />five acres in size, the building is exempted from a building permit <br />fee. <br />Mr. Paul DeArmond, Real Estate Representative of McDonald's, appeared <br />before the Council requesting approval of a drive -in addition to the <br />McDonald's building. The Planning Commission has recommended approval <br />of this request subject to a few modifications to the plan. Mr. DeArmond <br />stated that McDonald's would comply with the Planning Commission's <br />suggestions. <br />Mayor Hanson suggested that the Planning Commission report be attached <br />to the plan so that the Building Inspector will be aware of the Planning <br />Commission's suggestions. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 -6 -201 - APPROVING THE ADDITION OF THE <br />DRIVE -IN FACILITY TO McDONALD'S <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Nadeau, Hanson, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 129 and 130. <br />Maleitzke Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Maleitzke appeared before the Council requesting <br />Property approval of a property division of their property located in the area <br />Division of Jackson Street and Little Canada Road. <br />Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 -6 -202 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF THE <br />MALEITZKE PROPERTY AS PRESENTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (4) Nadeau, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). 76 Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 130. <br />
