development adversely effect the buffer zone, the Owner shall restore said zone to <br />its original condition within a reasonable time. <br />E. Drainage and Utilities <br />Description: The drainage and utilities as approved by the City Engineer <br />as attached hereto as Exhibit "D ". <br />1. Easements for drainage or utilities shall be provided by Owner as <br />requested by the City. <br />2. Provisions for construction and financing of sanitary sewer, public <br />water, surface water drainage, and other utilities shall be made as required by <br />the City. <br />P. Construction Order Component <br />Description: The Construction Order Component attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"E" is hereby approved. <br />Requirements: <br />1. All development shall proceed in accordance with an approved <br />development program and no building or other construction permits shall be issued <br />except in accordance with the program. <br />2. Detailed plans for Phases II and III shall be presented far enough in <br />advance to allow time for proper review prior to the need for building and other <br />required permits. <br />G. Additional Components <br />, 1. No identification, rental, advertising, directional or other signs <br />shall be permitted except those specifically authorized and approved by the City. <br />2. All development shall be subject to periodic inspection by the City <br />for purposes of assuring continued conformity to the provisions of this permit. <br />3. All structures and grounds shall be properly and well maintained at <br />all times. <br />H. Maps and Reports <br />All maps, reports, exhibits and other documents attached to this agreement <br />which are properly approved and filed shall be considered as a part of this permit <br />and shall have the same force and effect as if fully set down herein and is hereby <br />made a part of this agreement. <br />0 9 <br />
