RESOLUTIONS <br />MARCH -8 -1978 <br />CITY PLANNER <br />PERMIT FEES Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and <br />Applications moned its adoption. <br />For <br />Rezoning <br />Etc. RESOLUTION NO. 78- 3 -072- <br />WHEREAS: <br />A RESOLUTION DELETING RESOLUTION NO. 78 -2 -042 AND <br />ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES AND FEES FOR REZONING AP- <br />PLICATIONS,CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS,SPECIAL USE <br />PERMITS,VARIANCES,APPEALS AND SUBDIVISIONS. <br />The Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance <br />of the City of Little Canada vests in the Little Canada <br />City Council the authority to establish procedures and fees <br />for Rezoning Applications,(Conditional Use),Special Use, <br />Variance and Subdivisions. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA AS FOLLOWS: <br />PROCEDURE: <br />1. An applicant contacts the City Clerk,discusses his request and <br />completes request form. <br />2. The applicant pays the base fee ( $ 100.00) and makes a cash <br />deposit, to be held in escrow,and charged against the time and <br />materials necessary for processing the request. The following <br />additional deposits will be charged. <br />a). Rezoning $ 250.00 <br />b). Conditional use permit -0- <br />( Special Use Permit) <br />c). Variance Single Family -0- <br />d). Variance other than Residental $ 100.00 <br />e). Appeal -0- <br />f). Subdivision Plat. $ 200.00 <br />g). Building Permit Review $ -0- <br />3. The applicant's request is processed according to procedure <br />established by governing ordinances and administrative policies <br />of the City. <br />4. If difficulties are encountered in the review and evaluation of the <br />request as a consewuence of lack of information,unexpected site <br />problems and questions,etc. and the escrow deposit is e*ceeded,all <br />processing of the request will be halted until another estimate' <br />for completion is determined and deposit made. <br />�3 5 <br />
