VEILLEUX <br />At Bore <br />:on t. <br />:'ax <br />, orfeited <br />.ands. <br />;534- <br />That permission is hereby granted to <br />Mrs Louis Le Bore to construct a <br />garage on Lot " F " of registered <br />Land survey no. 148 provided that <br />said garage is constructed pursuant <br />to the municipal building code and <br />set back regulations. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Veilleux <br />The following voted infavor thereof; <br />Messrs: De Bate, Veilleux, Hanson, Rudy and Valento. <br />Against the same, no ne. Resolution adopted. <br />The clerk recieved a list of tax forfeited lands, from <br />the Land Commissioner. <br />and <br />his <br />Mr. Veilleux introduced the following motion <br />and moved its adoption. <br />The list of tax forteited lands is hereby <br />referred to the engineer and attorney for <br />study. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />The Engineer stated that he was aware of the proposal <br />the city could act on the matter. <br />Mr. Veilleux rescinded his motion and Air. Hanson rescinded <br />second <br />The engineer indicated on the section maps that all <br />the parcels are an easment of some sort. They are all of use <br />to the City of Little Canada. <br />Mr. Valento introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption. <br />Whereas; <br />A RESOLUTION CLASSIFYING <br />TAX FORFEITED LANDS AS <br />CONSERVATION LANDS AND NONE <br />SALEABLE. <br />A notice has been sent from the <br />Tax Accounting Section, of Ramsey County <br />Department of taxation, indicating that <br />the following parcels are tax ofrfeited. <br />53- 00600 - 110 -16, 53- 13700- 060 -01 and <br />53- 54210- 011 -02.
