Reg Meeting <br />City Council <br />Oct. 9, 1974 <br />Cont. <br />Tax <br />Forfeited <br />Cont. <br />(534 -552) <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OFLITTLE CANADA <br />That the classification of the land <br />indicated on the notice be classified <br />as conservation land and the sale thereof <br />be not approved, in order that they may be <br />acquired by the City of Little Canada. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Rudy. <br />The following voted infavor thereof. <br />Messrs: Valento, Rudy, Hasnon, De Bace and Veilleux. <br />Against the same. None. Resolution adopted. <br />Landscape Mr. Veilleux mentioned that he and Mr. De Bate <br />Plan meet with the representatives of Data Bldg, <br />Data <br />Building Mr. De Bace introduced the following motion <br />(552- 554) and moved its adoption. <br />The Building Dept. in hereby instructed <br />to send a letter to the Data Co. inform- <br />ing them that no occupancy permit will <br />be issued until they comply with their <br />landscaping plans as approved on Sept. <br />25, 1974. <br />The foregoing motion was seconded by Mr. Valento. <br />Ayes, all motion carried. <br />MAINTENANCE <br />MR, DE RACE. <br />Gard Rail <br />(555- 558) <br />Mr. De Bace informed the Council that Mr. <br />Robert Paul, of 303 Little Canada Rd, has requested the County <br />to install guard rails on the cornor of his property. <br />Mr. De Bace introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption. <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING <br />THE COUNTY TO INSTALL <br />GUARD RAILS, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA <br />page 12 <br />
