The neighbors would be notified of a Public Hearing on the <br />proposed building, and could at that time voice their opinions on the project. <br />Mr. Miller was asked if he could put together some type of presentation <br />for the community which would include pictures of other facilities of this type that <br />they own or operate, and also information on just what type of residents would <br />actually be housed at Greenwood. The Planning Commission felt that the presentation <br />should not include information on ambulatory patients, as Mr. Miller and Mr. <br />Bollinger, both stated that the residents at this site would probably he_noasambu1 ?spry. <br />The Planning Commission felt very strongly that the neighbors not be misled <br />at all in presenting just exactly what type of facility would be in their neighborhood. <br />Brad Nielsen stated that if the home would house only non - ambulatory patients, <br />then perhaps the first site on Minnesota St. would be a acceptable site.
