There are no present plans to have the fields or the Tot Lot lighted. <br />There are no plans to have any changes made in the topography of the land. <br />Mr. DeLancey said he thinks the present drainage of the area is satisfactory <br />for their plans of the area. <br />Pete Costa said that the area is currently leased out now and is planted with <br />crops. Mr. Delancey did not know this, and said they would like to run <br />tournaments yet this summer. <br />Motion to table until further study can be made and until more detailed <br />plans (showing landscaping, drainage of area, parking areas, etc.) can <br />be presented made by Gene Dd.onais. Seconded by Thomas Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 9 -0, <br />Motion to recommend to the City Council that a 3.2 liquor license not be <br />granted for the concession stand proposed for the Private Park made by <br />Sharon Timmons. Seconded by Meyers Frattalone, <br />Motion carried 9 -0, <br />(The Planning Commission members are opposed to any 3.2 bar being allowed <br />on the property and feel that we would be asking for nothing but trouble <br />in allowing this to be constructed) <br />Proposed restaurant on Rice and Demont - Mr. Norm Wells (Norm Wells, Architects) <br />and Mr, Bob Mattson (Flameburger, Inc.) appeared with proposal to build <br />Flameburger Restaurant on Rice Street next to existing 7- Eleven Store. <br />The restaurant will seat 48 -50 people and the lot is 110' X 324'. <br />Motion to recomment approval of the plan subject to the Planners <br />requests and subject to the City Council approving variance to allow <br />2 -way drive unto Demont and approving variance to allow 2- driveways <br />on one piece of property made by Joe Vitale. Seconded By Thomas Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 9 -0 <br />Mr, Vern Loschy - appeared with plans to divide his property on LaBore Road. <br />The Planner has not seen this proposal. <br />Motion to send to the Planner for study made by Sharon Timmons. Seconded <br />by James Steele (the Planning Commission does not need to see this <br />proposal again before the Council acts on it) <br />Motion carried 9 -0 <br />Paul Sprosty - appeared with proposal to redefine lot lines on Lots 4,5, <br />6 and 7 Blomquists Lakeside Addition. <br />Motion to send to Planner for study made by Thomas Ducharme.
