(9) No licensee shall permit, on any licensed premises or in any room <br />adjoining the licensed premises: the distribution, sale or solicitation for the <br />distribution or sale of any controlled substances as defined by Minnesota Statutes, <br />or any other illicit or contraband substances, materials, or items prohibited by <br />State Law; or the use by its employees, patrons, customers, invitees and visitors <br />of any such controlled substances or illicit or contraband substances, materials, <br />or items unless such use is by and pursuant to a valid medical prescription. <br />(10) Thelicense issued to said licensee shall be posted in a conspicuous <br />place in that portion of the premises for which the license has been issued. <br />(11) No "on sale" or "off sale" license shall be effective beyond the <br />compact and contiguous space named in such license and for which the same was <br />granted." <br />Section 2.
