Little Canada Planning Commission,
Mayor and City Council
1 July 1981
Page Three
7. Drainage has been noted as a problem for the area in question. The City Engineer
has indicated that a detailed drainage plan for the proposed parking lot should be
submitted. Since this involves additional expense, the applicant has requested that
an acceptable drainage plan be a condition of approval. Again, this is considered
a reasonable request.
RECOMMENDATION
The proposed parking lot is considered to be an acceptable use for the property in question.
The proposed parking area brings the Hoggsbreath Disco closer to conformance with City
standards and, in view of the past parking problems in the area, it should improve the
existing situation. It h therefore recommended that the request be approved by the City
contingent upon the issues contained in this report being resolved.
cc: Joseph Chlebeck
Don Carley
George Gotwald
Clayton Parks
Tom Duray
Gordon Anderson
Bob Mattson
