MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 14, 2006 <br />that option, and based on a number of issues as outlined in his report, feels <br />that the street could not be constructed ease of the Brausen house in a <br />manner that would meet the City's requirements. <br />The Engineer indicated that based on his review, option one is the best and <br />most feasible method for resolving Mr. Brausen's concerns. However, his <br />office is waiting for verification from Magellen Pipeline about the amount <br />of fill that can be placed over Cheir pipeline. Preliminary indications are <br />that two feet of fill or more will not be an issue. <br />LaValle asked about the lowering of the pipeline. The Engineer reported <br />that the developer has signed a cost sharing agreement with Magellen for <br />the lowering of the pipeline in the area where Preserve Trail will cross it. <br />Magellen will be doing the work with the developer reimbursing costs. <br />The Engineer noted that Magellen will be responsible for their pipeline at <br />all Cimes. The City Administrator agreed that at no time will liability for <br />the pipeline shift away fi•om Magellen. <br />The City Engineer indicated that there will be another meeting on Monday <br />with the developer and Mr. Brausen relative to his review and <br />determination that option one is the only feasible option of the two <br />reviewed. <br />STATE Blesener noted the following Cable Channel 16 schedule: <br />OF THE SCate of the City Address <br />CITY AND Daily at 6 a.m., 6 p.m., and 3 a.m. <br />COMMUNITY Community Survey Presentation <br />SURVEY Daily at 8 a.m., 11 p.m., and 2 a.m. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-I44 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
