In- formation concerning procedures which re- flect deliberative processes or investigative techniques of law enforcement agencies is CONFIDENTIAL. d Crime victims (PRIVATE with exceptions). The prosecuting attorney of this city shall release investigative data collected by the city's law enforcement agency to the victim of a criminal act or his legal representative upon written request unless the prosecuting attorney reason- ably believes that the release of the data will interfere with the investigation, or that the re- quest is prompted by a desire on the part of the requester to engage in unlawful activities. e. Investigative data (confidential for active investigations). (M.S. 15.162, Subd. 2a). Data collected by a civil or criminal investigative agency as part of an active investigation under- taken for the purpose of the commencement of a civil or criminal legal action is CONFI- DENTIAL.
