The Res- ponsible Authority must update this document annually and make any changes necessary to maintain the accuracy of the document. After each legislative session, the League will inform each Responsible Authority, through the city clerk, of any additions or changes made in the classification of information. Non - Public or Protected Non - Public Data Not on Individuals 1. Examination data (Non - Public) (M.S. 15.1672) Data consisting solely of testing or examination materials, or scoring keys used solely to deter- mine individual qualifications for appointment or promotion in public service, or used to administer a licensing examination, or academic examination, the disclosure of which would compromise the objectivity or fairness of the testing or examina- tion process are classified as NON - PUBLIC, except pursuant to court order. 2.
