Little Canada Planning Commission,
Mayor and City Council
7 January 1981
Page Three
6. Landscaping. General landscaping has been shown on the proposed site plan.
However, a more detailed plan should be submitted (including sizes of plant
materials and a cost estimate) prior to final approval of the P.U.D. This need
not be handled until the development stage of the process.
RECOMMENDATION
In view of the issues which remain to be resolved, it is recommended that Concept Stage
approval be withheld until these issues have been addressed, especially since some redesign
may be required. Once the City has decided how these items will be resolved, the developer
should submit the remaining information required for the Concept Stage and any changes to
the plans already submitted. In order that the project be processed as efficiently as possible,
it is suggested that the developer may wish to prepare the entire Concept Stage and Develop-
ment Stage plans prior to the next Planning Commission meeting.
cc:
Joe Chlebeck
Don Carley
Clayton Parks
Larry Squires
Bruce Hubbard
