Frattalone <br />3205 Centerville Road <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55110 <br />Public Notice Issued On: <br />January 14, 1981 <br />Name and Location of Facility: <br />Frattalone Demolition Landfill <br />Owasso Boulevard and Spruce Street <br />Sec. 6, T29N, R22W <br />Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesc <br />NOTICE: The above named applicant has applied for a permit to construct and <br />operate a demolition waste landfill in Minnesota. If the facility <br />proposed in the application can be approved a permit may be issued <br />by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for a term of approximately <br />three years. If the applicant desires reissuance at least 180 <br />calendar days prior to expiration he must submit a new application <br />for reissuance of the expiring permit. <br />The applicant proposes to construct and operate a demolition waste landfill <br />six (6) acres in size and located in Little Canada. The disposal site is <br />not open to the public and will be limited to the disposal of concrete, <br />blacktop, and earthen materials generated exclusively by the F. M. Frattalone <br />Excavating and Grading Company. The site has a capacity of 25000 cubic yards <br />and a development life of approximately three (3) years. <br />
