Page 4 - Planning Commission Regular Meeting - January 8, 1981 <br />Mr. Hubbard stated that the greatest problem in developing the area <br />is to deal with the fact that the City, the State and the County are <br />all dumping water into the property. Mr. Hubbard said that they are <br />working on a solution to these problems. He also said that the landscaping <br />plan has not been worked out yet. <br />Brad Nielsen agreed that the biggest problem was the drainage problem and <br />that something would have to be settled as to what will happen with Jackson <br />St. along the east side of the property. <br />TAX FORFEITED LANDS - PARCELS 53- 03110- 020 -55 & 53- 03110- 030- 55(Twin Lk. Blvd.) <br />The Planning Commission members felt that they were not supplied with enough <br />information on the property along South Owasso Blvd. to make any recommendation <br />on the property. They would like to know just how much money it would take <br />to acquire the property for Senior Citizen housing. <br />Mr. Costa stated that he did not want to see the property acquired for Park <br />and Open Space.
