<br />1202.020. CUSTODY OF MINOR AND RESPONSIBILITY. It shall be unlawful for the
<br />parent, guardian or other adult having the care and custody of a minor under the age
<br />of 18 years of age to permit such minor to loiter, idle or be in or upon the public
<br />streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, or other public grounds, public
<br />places and buildings, places of amusement, entertainment or refreshment, vacant lots,
<br />or other unsupervised places between the hours of 10:00 o'clock P.M. and 5:00 o'clock
<br />A.M. of the following day; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shAl
<br />not apply when the minor is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult
<br />person having the care and custody of the minor or when the minor is upon some necessary
<br />errand by permission or direction of his or her parent, guardian or other adult person
<br />having the care and custody of the minor.
<br />1202.030. MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC PLACE. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm
<br />or corporation operating or in charge of any place of amusement, entertainment, or
<br />refreshment to permit any minor under the age of 18 years of age to remain in such
<br />place during the hours prohibited by this Code; provided, however, that the provisions
<br />of this Code shall not apply when such minor is accompanied by his or her parent,
<br />guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
<br />1202.040. SCHOOL NIGHTS DESIGNATED BY MAYOR UPON REQUEST. The Mayor, upon the
<br />request of the Superintendent of the Public Scools of the Village of Little Canada may
<br />designate certain nights during the school year as "School Nights" at such times as
<br />said schools shall be engaged in athletic, musical, dramatic or social activities for
<br />the benefit or entertainment of its students. The provisions of Sections 1202.010 and
<br />1202.020 of this Code shall not apply to any student under the age of 18 years of age
<br />or to his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of such
<br />minor who is lawfully going to, attending or returning from any such school function
<br />on any designated "School Night" or "Youth Night ".
<br />1202.050. VIOLATION. Any minor under the age of 18 years, parent, guardian or
<br />other adult person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of 18 years,
<br />or any person, firm or corporation, who shall violate any of the terms or provisions
<br />of this Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished
<br />according to law.

<br />1203. DISCHARGE AND CONCEALMENT.
<br />1203.010. DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot
<br />or discharge any gun, revolver, pistol or firearms of any kind or description within
<br />the Village, whether the same be loaded with powder and ball, loaded or blank cartridges
<br />or any kind of explosive or percussion or pressure propellent. It shall be unlawful
<br />for any person to shoot, discharge, or explode any preparation of potash, mixture of
<br />sulphur and saltpeter, nitroglycerin, dynamite, plastic explosive, fireworks, or any
<br />other kind of explosive material, and all such acts are hereby prohibited unless
<br />specifically authorized by permit issued by the Village.
