3. The agreement establishing the joint use shall be subject to <br />review and comment by the City Attorney. <br />4. The joint use agreement, hereinahove referred to, shall include <br />plans for a perimeter curb on the driveway side of the metal buildings. <br />5. Providing the conditions above referred to are met with, the <br />City will grant a conditional use permit for the joint use of a single <br />driveway to be constructed and located as indicated on Exhibits A and 8 of <br />the Proposed Site Plans, copies of which are hereto attached, incorporated <br />herein and made a part hereof. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereto set their hands and <br />seals the day and year first above written. <br />A.
