The Administrator noted that both CUP approvals
were subject to conditions related to limitations on numbers of vehicles, as
well as paving, parking, and landscaping. The City Administrator
reported that compliance with Chese conditions has been a problem from
the onset. He further reported that Mr. Sedaghat has claimed there are
drainage problems beyond his site that have prevented compliance as well
as other problems such as economic conditions and his inability Co find
qualified staff.
The City Administrator provided a detailed timeline relative to violations
and the City's code enforcement efforts with this property.
