MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 28, 2006 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-756 - ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 307 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, AS RELATES TO <br />DRIVEWAYS AND ADOPTING CHAPTER 827 OF THE LITTLE <br />CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />ESTABLISHING DRIVEWAY PERMITS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-I57 - ESTABLISHING A $25 PERMIT <br />FEE FOR DRIVEWAYS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE BUILDING <br />OFFICIAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (3) Montour, Blesener, Keis. <br />Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />REDEVELOP- Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />MENT <br />WORKSHOP RESOLUTION NO. 2006-G-158 -CONTINUING THE JUNE 28, 2006 <br />REDEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES WORKSHOP TO JULY 2G, 2006 <br />AT 6:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-759 -ADJOURNING <br />21 <br />
