Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-756 - ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 307 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, AS RELATES TO <br />DRIVEWAYS AND ADOPTING CHAPTER 827 OF THE LITTLE <br />CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />ESTABLISHING DRIVEWAY PERMITS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
