MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 28, 2006 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-I53 -DENYING THE APPEAL OF <br />TIERNEY'S LIQUOR RELATIVE TO TOBACCO VIOLATION AND <br />ADMINISTRATIVE FINE OF $200 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (3) Blesener, Montour, Keis. <br />Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-754 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVING RO-SO CONTRACTING PAY REQUESTS FOR <br />STORM SEWER REPAIR ON SPRUCE STREET AND CURB <br />REPLACEMENT ON SYLVAN STREET AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />THE CITY ENGINEER; <br />*APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY FOR <br />DISPATCH SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DRIVEWAY The City Administrator reported that in reviewing and developing the <br />PERMITS appropriate Code amendments to establish a driveway permitting process, <br />staff is recommending that the Zoning Code be amended to establish <br />standards for residential driveways. The Administrator recommended that <br />a Public Hearing be called for July 26, 2006 at which time residential <br />driveway standards would be considered. It was also noted that the <br />Council has before it an Amendment to the Municipal Code which <br />established the requirement for a driveway permit. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-155 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 26, 2006 TO CONSIDER AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING CODE ESTABLISHING <br />RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY STANDARDS <br />20 <br />
