MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />December 2, 1982 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of December, <br />1982 at 7:30 P.M. at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members of the Planning Commission were present: <br />Pete Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Tom Ducharme <br />Myers Frattalone <br />Roy French <br />LeRoy LeMay <br />Jim Steele <br />Sharon Timmons <br />The following members of the Commission were absent: <br />Joseph Vitale <br />Also Present: <br />Brad Nielson, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Approval As there were no corrections to the minutes of the October 7, 1982 <br />Of The Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the minutes <br />Minutes be approved as submitted. <br />Picha Mr. Frank J. Lentsch, representing Rose Picha of 770 E. County <br />Property Road D, appeared before the Commission. Mr. Lentsch reported <br />Division that Mrs. Picha owns a house with approximately 4 acres that she <br />has been trying to sell. The sale has been difficult because <br />of the large amount of land with the house. Therefore, Mrs. <br />Picha would like to divide the property so that there would be <br />a 90 by 160 foot lot with the house and the remainder of the land <br />would be sold to a developer. <br />Mr. Lentsch reported that all that is necessary is a simple <br />subdivision. Mr. Lentsch reported that he has provided a copy <br />of a survey. <br />Mr. Lentsch also pointed out that there is a garage located on the <br />property. The house would be located on Lot A and the garage is <br />on the property that would be known as Lot B. The Planner has <br />recommended that the garage either he moved or removed before <br />approval of the subdivision. <br />Mr. Lentsch reported that when Mrs. Picha receives an earnest money <br />contract for the house, they would like to give the buyer the <br />option of taking the garage if the buyer desired.
