MINUTES
Planning Commission
Dec. 2, 1982
Little Canada The Planner stated that there are specific grounds for granting
Mall variances in the ordinance. The Planner stated that a variance
(Cont.) should not be granted for one person when it would not be granted
for someone else.
Mr. LeMay stated that he likes the ordinance as is, but feels that
the Planning Commission should be able to judge each individual
case.
Mrs. Timmons stated that the reasons for granting a variance should
be stated in the resolution.
