The outlet of this clay tile pipe wcs temporarily plugged
with dirt and has since been cleaned.
CONCERN NO. 2: "THE INSTALLATION OF A CATCH BASIN 11 r'ICH DIRECTS FLOWAGE
INTO MY YARD COULD CAUSE SERIOUS FLL- ODING.
A catch basin was added south of your driveway to drsin a low area of the
road and prevent a water pond from developing during rains. The catch
basin drains into a ditch on the State's right of way, not onto your land.
A review of the area by our Hydraulics Unit indicates that the amount of
water entering the catch basin is small, and will not result in flooding
to your land.
CONCERN NO. 3: "THE ROADWAY ELEVATION HAS BEEN CHAN?.ED WHICH WILL DRAIN
ADDITIONAL WATER ONTO MY PROPERTY."
The area of water being drained toward your property has not been changed.
Water originally drained from the centerline of the road toward your land.
Water from the other side of the road is still directed to the west.
An Equal Opportunity Employer
