MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />September 2, 1982 <br />Flood Plain <br />Ordinance <br />(Cont.) <br />Adjourn <br />i <br />Ms. Timmons asked if the only cost to the City would be from the <br />Planner's drawing up of the ordinance. The Planner replied that this <br />is correct and part of the cost has already been covered with <br />planning grants. <br />The Planner suggested that the ordinance be reviewed by the City <br />Engineer and Building Official. <br />Mr. DeLonais moved that the Planning Commission recommends the <br />adoption of the Flood Plain Ordinance as an amendment to the City's <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Costa. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Mr. Costa moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. DeLonais. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />i <br />Kathleen Glanzer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Page -4- <br />
