Line 1. Beginning at a point on a line run parallel with and distant 33 feet north of the south line of said Section 7, distant 133 feet west of its intersection with the north and south quarter line of said Section 7; thence run northerly to a point on the south line of Rosedale Avenue, distant 133 feet westerly of its intersection with said north and south quarter line and there terminating; and That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, lying west of the westerly right of way line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company as now located and established and southerly of the southerly right of way line of Trunk Highway No. 36 as now located and established; which lies westerly of the following described line: Beginning at the point of termination of Line 1 described above; thence run east on the south line of Rosedale Avenue and its easterly extension to an intersection with the east line of;Courtland Street; thence deflect to the right at an angle of 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds and run southeasterly to an intersection with a line run parallel with and distant 60 feet northwesterly of the northwesterly right of way line of said Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company; thence run southwesterly on said 60 foot parallel line to its intersection with a line run parallel with and distant 33 feet north of the south line of said Section 7; thence run west on said 33 foots parallel line to its intersection with the west line of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter and there terminating; Subject to the following restrictions: No access shall be permitted to Trunk Highway No. 118, renumbered 36 from the lands herein conveyed; (hereinafter the "Ponding Area "); and WHEREAS, Tex -Sota is desirous of obtaining an additional parcel consisting of approximately 1.20 acres, adjacent to the Property, title to which is now vested in the State of Minnesota, legally described as follows: That part of Lot 43, J.F.
