Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />October 7, 1982 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of October, <br />1982 at 7:30 P.M. at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members of the Planning Commission were present: <br />Tom Ducharme <br />Sharon Timmons <br />Pete Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Jim Steele <br />LeRoy LeMay <br />Myers Frattalone <br />The following members of the Commission were absent: <br />Also present: <br />Joseph Vitale <br />Roy French <br />Brad Nielson, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />As there were no corrections to the minutes of the September 2, 1982 <br />Commission meeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the minutes be approved <br />as submitted. <br />Mueller Mr. Art Mueller appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />Office Building of Phase I of an office building. Mr. Mueller reported to the <br />Commission that he has complied with all the recommendatirns that <br />were made by the City Planner. Mr. Mueller stated that :las <br />corrected the rear yard set back and the number of parking spaces. <br />Therefore, no variances will be needed. <br />Mr. Mueller went on to explain that the building will have a Cape Code <br />type of exterior. Mr. Mueller also stated that the building will be <br />located on Lot 19. <br />Mrs. Timmons asked if the Engineer has reviewed the proposal. Mr. <br />DeLonais replied that the Engineer has not reviewed the proposal <br />as of yet. <br />Mr. Mueller reported that the office building proposal will not <br />change the flow of water that presently exists in the area. The <br />water presently goes into the ponding area that is located to the <br />east. The State owns this ponding area.
