TIME AND MATERIALS INFORMATION <br />If a software maintenance agreement is not selected, all <br />further software support will be on a time and materials basis. <br />This includes the following provisions: <br />-All appropriate programs and systems documentation will be <br />stored and maintained by the customer. Source programs will <br />be retained for all CADO customers. <br />-All programming support for CADO customers will be handled <br />at your office, billable at current rates. <br />-All programming support for Philips customers will be <br />handled at the Benchmark office after the necessary source <br />programs and documentation are delivered to the Benchmark <br />office. <br />-All telephone assistance will be billable at the current rates <br />with a minimum charge of one half hour per call. <br />-All other requested programming, customer support, training <br />and /or assistance will be billable at the current rates. <br />- Current rate charges include: <br />- Hourly charges based on increments of one half hour. <br />- Travel time from portal to portal. <br />-Any mileage, parking and other out of pocket costs. <br />-A "priority 3" status will be arsigned to customers on <br />time and materials. <br />All charges incurred will be accumulated and invoiced at the end <br />of each month. Invoices are due upon receipt. Any services <br />provided may be suspended if any payment due Benchmark Computer <br />Systems, Inc. is over thirty (30) days past due. <br />1 :3 <br />
