SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />*LIMITED SUPPORT* <br />The limited support plan for your computer system provides for the <br />following: <br />- Storage and maintenance of your source programs and <br />documentation at the Benchmark office at no additional <br />charge. <br />-Use of our backup equipment will be available to you on an <br />emergency basis at the current rates with a one hour minimum <br />charge. <br />-Up to four hours per month of telephone assistance will be <br />available at no additional charge. Any additional assistance <br />will be chargeable at the current rates with a half hour <br />minimum charge per call. <br />- Continued access to an analyst to review current or future <br />applications for the purpose of identifying any required <br />modifications and determining file size requirements is <br />available at current rates. <br />-Any additional requested programming, customer support, <br />training and /or assistance will be charged at current rates. <br />- Replacement program decks or program PIOCS for Philips <br />computers will be at the current rates. <br />-A "priority 2" status will be assigned to customers covered <br />under the limited support agreement. <br />The cost of the limited support maintenance agreement is $650.00. <br />The charges are annual and payable in advance. <br />This agreement will remain in force until cancelled with ninety <br />(90) days written notice by either party. In the event of termination <br />of this agreement, any amount prepaid for any unexpired period of <br />service shall be refunded. This contract will renew itself automati- <br />cally each year at the then current rates.
