City Council <br />L. 13, 1982 <br />Twin Lake %!r.. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Blvd. (Cont.) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 32 -10 -521 — CALLING FOR <br />A PUBLIC HEARING AT THE FIRST COUNCIL <br />MEETING IN DECEMBER ON THE PROPOSED REZONING <br />OF PARCELS NO. 020 -55 AND 030 -55, KNOWN AS <br />THE TWIN LAKE. BLVD. PROPERTY, TO BUSINESS <br />WAREHOUSING OR TO ONE OF THE THREE COMMERCIAL <br />USES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by i!rs. Nardini. <br />\yes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 464. <br />Hammond The Engineer reported that the letter on the Hammond drainage natter <br />Drainage is self— explanatory. Nardini pointed out that this was a unique year <br />where the lake level was Low. <br />The Engineer reported that the State Highway Department has agreed <br />to participate in the cost of correcting the Sleepy Hollow drainage <br />problem. The Engineer also reported that two or three months ago <br />'4r. Glasrud indicated, that he would not be willing to participate <br />in the cost. However, the Engineer stated that he will try to <br />contact Mr. Glas id again on this. <br />The Engineer stated that he should have a cost breakdown to the <br />Council shortly. <br />The Tno,ineer recommended that the Council approve final nay,aent <br />to Total. Asphalt for the work done as Project NO. 31 -1t, 5.�.. °. <br />200- 102 -03, South Owasso 31vd. The Rngineer pointed out that the <br />original contract price was $121,000..
