Oct. 25, 1982 <br />MEMO TO COUNCIL <br />REGARDING YORKTON INDUSTRIAL PARK: <br />Mr. Larry Lee has submitted a plan for an office warehouse building. The <br />building meets all the zoning and parking requirements of our Zoning Code. <br />Does Mr. Lee have to have the cul -de -sac in and the burm completed before <br />anymore building permits can be issued for his development? The office <br />warehouse building in not located on the cul-de -sac. The Metaltronic building <br />would be located on the cul -de -sac, but the entrance to the Metaltronic <br />would not be. If the cul-de -sac and the burm are a problem, would a letter <br />of credit, or a performance bond be acceptable? <br />Ed Locke <br />
